Directly on the marina grounds, you can enjoy excellent food and drink in a modern, uncomplicated ambience at the “Tischlerei” restaurant. A printed menu in the conventional sense is deliberately dispensed with here in favour of daily updated and freshly prepared dishes.
On the large chalkboard directly above the fireplace, chef Tom Heinrich offers contemporary gastronomy that convinces through passion for cooking, craftsmanship and small, refined details.
From the terrace on the waterfront, you can watch the passing ships in the warm season, let your gaze wander over Greifswald’s museum harbour or observe the lively goings-on in the marina. In winter, the open fireplace makes for cosy restaurant evenings.
Since November 2013, the “Tischlerei” has adorned a coveted gourmet symbol: awarded in the “Bib Gourmand” category for best value for money, the restaurant is now also represented in the Guide Michelin 2014.
